"OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE
It is with great pleasure I submit this memorandum of appreciation on behalf of all the gang at Stevensville Station Resturant and Lounge, Stevensville Mi. for MotorClothes Associate "Sammi" and your staff.
I was selected to purchase our favorite daytime bartender "Kelly" a birthday gift. She is an avid Harley gal so the decision was simple, Harley MotorClothes. Being a mature, responsible, dependable, punctual male, I was somewhat delinquent on my timing to purchase the gift as her birthday was Wednesday January 13, 2010. I did not start shopping until Monday January 11, 2010 and had selected the Women's Sleeveless Woven Shirt with Lacing Item 99109-10VW on the Internet. Being a first year rider, I was surprised to discover most Harley shops are closed on Monday and that clothing selection and inventory are somewhat limited this time of year. Following multiple phone calls (Chicago to Detroit), Internet surfing and decision to abandon the process and simply lick the wounds inflicted by the team, I discovered "Sammi." She took the time to personally verify the inventory, retrieve shirts from the floor and, with excruciating detail, ensure the correct size by discussing fit, build, height and care instructions. Not to mention a compliment on the selection which was comforting. Understanding the time critical circumstance, that I had to notify everyone my mission was accomplished that day, "Sammi" validated with the shipping department the arrival time of 1030 the following day, right on time.
Upon receipt of the shirt, an enclosed Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson business card with a charming note, "Thanks Dan!, we all wish her a happy birthday." It simply does not get any better than that!
I'm sure it was a team effort on behalf of your staff and we appreciate the service. I will definitely recommend to others, including Berrien County Riders, Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson.
Regarding the gift, Kelly was elated, simply loved it Sammi, nice pick. Made for a very successful birthday.

"I'm a 240LB man standing at 6 feet and 2 inches. I got roped into buying an 883 Sportster at my local dealership. It sucked. I checked around to see what the dealers in West Michigan could do for me, and most of them couldn't do much. Then I called Grand Rapids Harley Davidson. These guys took care of me. They sent a driver down to trailer my bike all the way there and bring me home. (the driver was great by the way-a very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly guy who probably didn't get home until 10PM that night) They took my Sporty and gave me a great deal on a 08 Cross Bones. After getting home and crunching some more numbers, I felt like I did pretty good. The bike is great and I'm sure that if I run into any problems, these guys are gonna help me with them. I have a couple of buddies looking to buy in the spring, and I'll be sending them down to Grand Rapids Harley Davidson.

I just purchased a 2008 Dyna from Grand Rapids Harley. I couldn't wait to thank you all for making my first Harley purchase an unforgettable experience. My sales person, Steve answered my barrage of questions, was experienced, and very helpful in helping me choose the bike that was right for me. Todd from the parts dept. made sure I had all the accessories that made my already awesome Harley even more awesome. Catherine from apparel helped me suit up so that I could look as awesome as my new Harley. Rich made the paperwork a breeze. To sum it all up, you guys are the best. The entire staff made my first Harley purchase fun, easy, and unforgettable. I can't even begin to tell you how much of a blast I've had riding the new Dyna. "Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson is awesome! My wife and I just closed the deal on a couple of new bikes and we can't say enough about the great experience that we had. We had shopped around most of the dealers in Michigan, from Kalamazoo and Battle Creek up to Mt. Pleasant, Muskegon over to Detroit and back through Lansing. It was not until we sat down with Brian at Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson that we felt that we had picked the right place to do business with. Brian was helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. And since this was not one bike but two bikes, we were a little hesitant to say the least. Yet Brian answered every question that we asked and also gave us some additional words of wisdom. "Bob made this perfect in every way. I bought a Road King for my younger brother. He has a life threatening disease and I wanted to make his dream of owning a Harley come true. The whole store came together and even delivered it to him as a surprise in Lansing, as he was unable to travel. It's truly amazing. I think it is the best medicine he's gotten yet. His cancer went in to remission afterward! He had this entire 2007 summer to ride - after a slow start, and continues to almost every day. He works and rides on it - it makes him well. It takes my life's hurts away just to be able to watch him ride it. I never thought he'd ever be well enough again. "This past week I had my Harley serviced. It appears that there have been some long overdue changes at your dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to see that from the front of the store to the service department everyone was totally devoted to seeing to my needs. I was discussing this with a fellow Harley owner today who agreed. I was surprised and pleased with how fast and efficient the service was and how much more I was appreciated as a valued customer.
